Amanda Weted, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of iMPROve Health, leads the organization’s human resources strategy and workforce development initiatives. She oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational culture, and regulatory compliance

With a focus on building a strong and engaged workforce, she develops strategies that support employee growth, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. She works closely with leadership to align human resources practices with business objectives and foster a culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Ms. Weted has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and maintains both Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Certified Professional credentials.
