Enhancing Community Well-Being
The Enhancing Community Well-Being Grant is iMPROve Health’s philanthropic investment in organizations that are improving lives nationwide. This annual initiative provides supplemental funding to support innovative, community-based efforts that advance patient safety, promote patient-centered care, expand access to services, and reduce barriers to equitable health in underserved communities.
A Select, Nomination-Only Opportunity
Participation in this program is by invitation only. Organizations are carefully nominated by iMPROve Health staff and board members based on their impact, alignment with our mission, and commitment to advancing community well-being.
This intentional approach allows us to build meaningful relationships with organizations doing critical work and to invest in efforts where funding can make a measurable difference.
