Bailey Brokmeyer serves as Managing Director of Informal Dispute Resolution and Independent Informal Dispute Resolution Services for iMPROve Health. She oversees a team of experienced nurse reviewers and manages dispute-resolution programs across multiple states, ensuring reviews are conducted with consistency, objectivity, and regulatory compliance.

With more than a decade of experience in healthcare and life safety code reviews, she has developed extensive expertise in dispute resolution processes, regulatory standards, quality assurance, and reviewer education. She is committed to maintaining high standards of review of integrity while supporting continuous improvement across programs.

Ms. Brokmeyer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sam Houston State University and maintains multiple professional certifications in healthcare quality and survey investigations.
