Charlene Beyah, JD, BSN, RN

Corporate Compliance Officer & Program Manager, Arbitration

Charlene Beyah serves as iMPROve Health’s Corporate Compliance Officer (CCO) and Program Manager, Arbitration. As CCO, she leads the organization’s compliance and privacy programs, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards. She also oversees compliance monitoring activities and chairs the organization’s Compliance Committee.

Her 20+ years of nursing experience and strong legal background provide her the experience and expertise necessary to serve as our Program Manager of Arbitration for our federal independent resolution program. She also serves on the Membership and Marketing Committee of the National Association of Independent Review Organizations (NAIRO).

Ms. Beyah earned a Juris Doctor degree from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University.
