Enhancing Community Well-Being
iMPROve Health has launched the Enhancing Community Well-Being Grant, a philanthropic initiative that provides supplemental funding to Michigan-based organizations.
In its first year, this new effort aims to enhance patient safety, promote patient-centered care, expand access to services in underserved communities, strengthen community health, and reduce barriers to equitable care.
The Enhancing Community Well-Being Grant was launched in April 2025 with an invitation-only application. All organizations were nominated to participate by an iMPROve Health staff member or board member.
This program offers a total award amount of $155,000, with individual awards of up to $75,000. First-year winners include Face Addiction Now, Gilda’s House Metro Detroit, and Got Grief House. Read our press release announcing our winners to learn more about their organizations and the projects this funding will support.
This endeavor is aligned with our mission, vision, and values, as well as our commitment to creating healthier communities through innovative solutions and intentional programming. We intend to continue offering this philanthropic funding on an annual basis.
