This tracker reads and writes to your iMPROve Health Materials Tracker.xlsx file stored on OneDrive or SharePoint. Follow these steps once:

Upload
iMPROve_Health_Materials_Tracker.xlsx to your SharePoint or OneDrive.2
Open the file in Excel Online, click File β Share β Copy Link. Make sure it's set to "Anyone with link can edit" or your org can edit.

Upload the Excel file β drag
iMPROve_Health_Materials_Tracker.xlsx into your SharePoint document library or OneDrive folder that your whole team can access.2
Get the share link β open the file in Excel Online, go to File β Share β Copy Link. Set permissions to "People in your organization can edit."

Upload this HTML file β upload
iMPROve_Health_Tracker.html to the same SharePoint library. Anyone can click it to open the tracker in their browser.4
Connect on first load β paste the Excel share URL in the connection box at the top. The tracker will read your live data.

Share with your team β send everyone the link to this HTML file. They'll each connect once and then have live access to the tracker.
Note: When someone fills out the checkout form, a new row is added to the Checkouts sheet of your Excel file automatically. The Excel file itself is always the source of truth β your team can also open it directly in SharePoint if needed.
