iMPROve Health Awards $155,000 to Advance Community Well-Being Across Michigan

iMPROve Health is proud to announce the winners of its inaugural Enhancing Community Well-Being Grant. This grant awards a total of $155,000 to Michigan-based organizations working to improve healthcare access, address social determinants of health, and reduce disparities in care.

Launched in April 2025, this new philanthropic initiative supports community-rooted programs that enhance patient safety, promote patient-centered care, and uplift underserved populations. The grant program’s competitive, invitation-only application process closed on May 31, 2025. Organizations were nominated by members of iMPROve Health’s staff or board and selected based on the impact, innovation, and equity focus of their proposals.

“iMPROve Health has seen remarkable growth over the past couple of years. We are happy to be able to help other organizations with similar interests in improving the health and well-being of the people in our community,” said Leland Babitch, M.D., MBA, President and CEO of iMPROve Health.
