As a member of Superior Health, iMPROve Health remains part of a dynamic collaboration of organizations committed to improving health outcomes, enhancing patient safety, managing chronic disease, and reducing disparities in care across diverse communities. - MetaStar, Inc.
- Michigan Health & Hospital Association
- Midwest Kidney Network
- Minnesota Hospital Association

- Wisconsin Hospital Association
In addition, for this scope, Superior Health has welcomed Qsource as a strategic partner to further strengthen its quality improvement efforts across Region 4.
CMS’s Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) program is one of the most extensive federal programs dedicated to improving healthcare quality at the community level. Under the 13SOW, Superior Health and its partners will lead evidence-based, data-driven quality improvement initiatives in nursing homes, community-based care settings, and other health systems, in alignment with CMS’s national goals.
Through this collaboration, iMPROve Health will contribute its deep expertise in data analytics, community engagement, and health intervention strategies to drive measurable improvements in healthcare quality and access for Medicare beneficiaries across Region 4.
“iMPROve Health is honored to continue our 41-year legacy as a Quality Improvement Organization through this important work with CMS. Region 4 unites much of the Great Lakes region in a meaningful way, geographically and from a population health perspective. We look forward to partnering with Superior Health to drive real impact across the region.”
