Roger Panella, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, leads iMPROve Health’s administrative functions, including Business Development, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. He oversees daily operations and aligns administrative systems with the organization’s strategic goals.

With extensive cross-sector executive experience, he brings deep expertise in operational strategy, financial management, and performance improvement. He leads enterprise-wide budgeting and financial reporting, oversees operations, ensures regulatory and contract compliance, and supports organizational growth through contract and supplier negotiations. He has a strong record of driving operational excellence, reducing costs, and leading large-scale organizational change.

Mr. Panella earned a Bachelor of Arts in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan School of Business.
