Susan Pasqualone serves as iMPROve Health’s Managing Director of Proposals and Communications, leading strategic proposal development, business development, and corporate communications initiatives. She oversees the identification and pursuit of funding opportunities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals and effective organizational messaging.

With extensive experience in proposal management, communications, and marketing, she works across departments to support organizational growth, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and promote consistent messaging for diverse audiences. Her leadership helps position iMPROve Health for continued success and expansion.

Ms. Pasqualone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Journalism/Public Relations from Madonna University.
