Tesia Looper, iMPROve Health’s Managing Director of Quality Initiatives, , oversees quality improvement programs and contracts that support healthcare providers, communities, and healthcare systems nationwide. She leads a multidisciplinary team focused on improving care quality, patient outcomes, and population health through evidence-based approaches.

She has extensive experience developing and implementing quality improvement strategies that address complex healthcare challenges. Through collaboration with providers, community organizations, and stakeholders, she helps advance sustainable improvements that enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes.

Ms. Looper earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
