Charlene Beyah RN, BSN, JD

Charlene Beyah, Corporate Compliance Officer and Program Manager, Arbitration, leads iMPROve Health’s corporate compliance and privacy programs, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, as well as federal, state, and contractual requirements. She chairs the Compliance Committee and plays a central role in the implementation and daily operations of the organization’s responsibilities as a certified Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) under the No Surprises Act. With over 20 years of long-term care nursing experience and a background in law, she provides leadership in dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and ethics oversight, while also representing iMPROve Health on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Independent Review Organizations (NAIRO).
