Charlene Kawchak-Belitsky is our Managing Director of Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) and Independent Informal Dispute Resolution (IIDR) services and leads the management of IDR services in all contracted states. Previously, she served as an iMPROve Health patient-safety coach, part of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contract for beneficiaries during the 9th Scope of Work (9 SOW), operating exclusively with Michigan nursing homes. She was also a resource and liaison for iMPROve Health’s community partners and stakeholders, with a goal of promoting quality improvement and patient safety.
