Gloria Pizzo serves as iMPROve Health’s Managing Director of Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity Services, where she oversees the administration and daily operations of the federal independent dispute resolution program. In this role, she ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations while leading initiatives that support operational excellence and program integrity.

Ms. Pizzo brings extensive clinical and operational experience to her position, providing leadership and guidance to teams responsible for independent dispute resolution activities. She is focused on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance across programs.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University and is a registered nurse. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, Ms. Pizzo offers the expertise and leadership necessary to support the successful management of iMPROve Health’s Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity Services.
