Introduction and Review of CMS Web Interface Measures
Participants learn the intricacies of each criterion including but not limited to cheat sheets of approved medications, measure eligibility timeframes, and measure diagnoses inclusions and exclusions.
Live Web Interface Training
iMPROve Health teams explore the basic features of the Web Interface tool in a real time demonstration. ACO abstractors learn how to navigate and optimize various functionalities within the tool.
Abstraction Methodologies and Planning
Explore the different methodologies and strategies to abstraction that will best suit your ACO. Discuss an abstraction plan from data capture strategies, web interface downtime mitigation strategies, and proper measure documentation that will be helpful in case of CMS audit. Participants are exposed to example scenarios they may encounter during abstraction for each measure.
Data Abstraction
In partnership with ACOs, we assist in the collection of the Web Interface measures data required for the ACO reporting from all ACO practices. Once collected, we work with the ACO to submit Web Interface data to CMS in the most efficient manner.
