Mabel Leonard, Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, oversees iMPROve Health’s operational infrastructure, guiding our quality improvement programs, review services, and internal systems to ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals. With over 30 years of healthcare experience and more than 15 years in quality improvement, managed care, and compliance monitoring, she provides executive leadership across multiple departments, mentoring team leaders, optimizing performance, and driving innovation. Leonard brings deep expertise in project management, Lean Six Sigma, and Medicaid/Medicare operations, and plays a key role in new business development and contract execution. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, she also supports the design and implementation of performance improvement initiatives that strengthen outcomes and operational excellence.
