Roger Panella, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, leads improve Health’s administrative functions, including Human Resources, Finance, IT, Communications, and Business Development. He ensures efficient day-to-day operations and directs efforts to align administrative systems with the organization’s strategic direction. He draws on more than 30 years of cross-sector executive experience and brings deep expertise in operational strategy, financial oversight, and performance improvement. He directs enterprise-wide budgeting and financial reporting, manages operations, ensures regulatory and contract compliance, and supports the organization’s growth through contract and vendor negotiations. He has a proven track record of delivering operational efficiency, driving cost savings, and leading large-scale organizational change.
