Susan Pasqualone, Managing Director of Proposals and Communications, supports our organization’s strategic positioning by leading the development of competitive proposals and managing targeted communication efforts. This role involves identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, such as RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and grants, and overseeing all aspects of proposal creation and submission, while tracking outcomes to guide future efforts. In addition, she oversees all corporate communications and offers strategic guidance across all levels of the organization to ensure consistent and effective messaging tailored to provider, employer, payer, and beneficiary audiences.
