Tesia Looper is our Managing Director of Quality Initiatives. She is responsible for leading all iMPROve Health quality improvement contracts, including CMS’s 12 SOW QIN-QIO initiatives, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Cancer Control program, and the Michigan Health Endowment – Social Isolation project.
